RAYMOND SLATE was born in Long Island, New York on January 30, 1968. He was schooled at Barry University and studied Business Administration.
He spent many years working for his families business in the Hospitality Industry and as a landlord. He formed his company in 1991 which focused on management distressed real estate in Miami. After multiple years of being in the industry, he started building and renovating high-end projects. He is experienced in land development for commercial and residential clients. He has excellent customer service and has generated a broad list of clients for the company. Fluent in English and Spanish. Raymond Slate is well known as one of South Florida's most respected and successful residential and commercial developers. He has an exceptional eye for style and elegance.

MIGUEL DEL PINO was born in Miami, Florida. He has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry being the CEO/FOUNDER of DLM Construction, Inc. He is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida (License CGC1519388). Mickey is fluent in English and Spanish and he is a highly skilled writer and communicator. He is proficient and demonstrates skills that include all phases of design management, pre construction, construction phase services and post construction for both commercial and residential projects. Del Pino is passionate about delivering excellence and quality craftmanship to his community. He has been recognized for his outstanding project management performance in the delivery of complex building programs.
